Registration Requirements

All registrations require a credit card in order to be processed. With prior approval, tuition payment may be made by cash or company check on the first day of class; however, registration must be guaranteed with credit card at the time of registration.

Upon Registration

Students will receive an invoice, lodging recommendations, an advance questionnaire, and other detailed information.

Hotel Accommodations

Students are responsible for their own hotel accommodations. Please be certain to make your hotel reservation early to ensure availability.

Substitutions, Transfers, and Cancellations

Students may transfer to another course at any time. Transfers made less than seven (7) business days prior to course will incur a $150.00 service fee.

Cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior to the first day of the course will be charged a $250 service fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 business days before the first day of the course will be charged full tuition and no refund will be made. Should Infraspection cancel a course due to illness, weather, or any other reason, all students will be notified as soon as possible and our liability will be limited to the return/refund of tuition paid.

Distance Learning Courses

Students may transfer to a West Windsor, NJ open enrollment course at any time. Transfers subject to a service fee of $250.

Cancellations received after shipment of course materials incur a service fee of 50% of course tuition. Students requesting cancellation must immediately refrain from accessing online materials. All course materials must be returned to Infraspection Institute via prepaid freight in saleable condition prior to any refund.
