IR/INFO 2022 a Resounding Success!

Burlington, NJ  January 31, 2022 -- Infraspection Institute’s IR/INFO conference was recently held in Orlando, FL. IR/INFO 2022 marks the 32nd anniversary for the advanced training conference, technical symposium and technology expo. IR/INFO was attended by infrared thermographers, PdM technologists, and building inspection professionals from around the world who enjoyed four days of networking, learning, and fun in a relaxed and professional atmosphere.

Jim Seffrin, Director of Infraspection Institute, states, “We were very pleased with this year’s IR/INFO conference. With 7 short courses and 23 technical presentations, this year’s conference covered a wide range of infrared applications including, but not limited to: new equipment and technologies, safety, home and building inspections, and legal issues. We thank our exhibitors, our speakers, and all who attended and helped to make this year’s conference one of our best ever.”
On display in the Technology Showcase were the latest in infrared hardware andsoftware, IR windows, condition-based monitoring tools, safety equipment, and offerings by a host of service providers. Sunday evening’s Welcome Reception and dinner provided attendees with an opportunity to relax and network.

Another highlight of the conference occurred on Tuesday evening when guests were treated to a cocktail reception sponsored by the IRINFO Group. Following the reception, attendees strolled International Drive to enjoy local cuisine at the city’s acclaimed restaurants and enjoyed the mild weather.
One of the many benefits enjoyed by IR/INFO attendees was the opportunity to share knowledge and information ‘across the aisle’ with some of the world’s most experienced professionals. Dale Jackson had this to say about his returning to IR/INFO: “As a practicing thermographer, this conference is an essential part of my continuing education. It is a top-notch conference.”
First time attendee Brent Warwick was equally impressed and shared the following: “One of the most valuable takeaways from this conference was its meticulous organization. The staff really understands the logistics of hosting a conference like this and it’s incredibly refreshing to attend a conference that was flawlessly executed. Mr. Warwick added, “It’s easy to spot a conference that’s nothing more than a cash grab and IR/INFO was not that at all. This profound and dedicated group of professionals truly care first and foremost about the value that the conference brings to everyone, and that has earned my respect and loyalty.”
Jim Seffrin concludes: “Plans for Infraspection Institute’s next IR/INFO event are already well underway. IR/INFO 2023 will be held again at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, FL January 15 – 18, 2023. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year for another fun-filled and informative event.”
