Bio:
Austin is a 6-year Naval Nuclear Power veteran, a former Lead Facility Engineer for a data center, and a former Reliability Specialist at a local power plant. In his role as Reliability Specialist, he oversaw a combined cycle facility comprised of two gas turbines and one steam turbine, as well as a simple cycle facility with five gas turbines.
Currently, Austin serves as the Corporate Predictive Maintenance Program Manager for Amentum, a third-party maintenance contractor involved in heavy industrial manufacturing, light industrial manufacturing, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, R&D, logistics, and integrated facilities maintenance.
Austin has over a decade of thermography experience and holds certifications as a Level III Certified Infrared Thermographer and is an Infraspection Institute Course Licensee and Trainer.
