Vincent Jason V. Penalosa holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Santo Tomas and completed advanced training in audio technology through the Digidesign Pro Tools Certification Program in California, USA. He is a certified Pro Tools Music and Production
Operator—the first in the Philippines and the first in Asia to earn this distinction.
Early in his career as an audio engineer, Mr. Penalosa was recognized as one of only two Asian technical experts in digital audio. He has conducted technical lectures for major broadcast networks, primarily ABS-CBN, as well as other media organizations, with a focus on professional audio systems and technologies.
Mr. Penalosa brings over 15 years of experience in Infrared Thermography and holds multiple professional certifications, including Level I certification from the Infrared Training Center (Stockholm) and Level I, II, III, and Master Thermographer certifications from the Infraspection Institute (New Jersey). He is the first Infraspection Institute–certified Master Thermographer in Asia. His professional development also includes extensive power systems training with Bender Systems in Germany, long-standing participation in Doble Engineering conferences, and variousspecialized power systems programs across Asia, the United States, and Europe.
He currently serves as Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Westco Electrical & Equipment Corp. In addition, he is a resource speaker for PamavTech, specializing in Infrared Thermography, Power Quality, and Harmonics.
