As a professional instructor, education is a topic that is central to my life. In the United States we are especially blessed with the quality of education and its availability to our citizens.
I am perhaps particularly attuned to this month’s graduations as I have both a daughter and a nephew who will be graduating high school. I can truly appreciate the pride that a parent enjoys when a loved one reaches such an important milestone and transitions to a new chapter in their life.
With the month of June upon us and graduation ceremonies in full swing, Infraspection Institute congratulates graduates everywhere on your achievements and wishes you the best of luck and success in your careers or continued studies.
New Standard for IR Inspection of Solar Panels
Infraspection Institute has announced the release of a new standard titled, Infrared Inspection of Installed Photovoltaic (PV) Systems. Covering both ground-based and aerial inspections, the new standard brings to ten the number of standards published by Infraspection Institute pertaining to infrared inspections and non-contact temperature measurement.
One of the most common requests among thermographers during the past two years has been a standard for conducting infrared inspections of installed photovoltaic systems. We believe that this standard is the first of its kind and are especially proud that Infraspection has once again responded to the needs of our industry.
Copies of all Infraspection Standards are available in PDF format and may be purchased by calling Infraspection Institute at 609-239-4788 or visiting the Infraspection Online Store.
