When we look at the digital technology that surrounds us, how do we know if it’s helping our business or preventing a potential increase in profits? Given that digital technology has been changing at an exponential rate, what we had 3 years ago doesn’t apply to our digital strategy today. As business owners, we need to have the right tools in our toolkit to ensure that the technology is working for us and not against us.
Take a journey into the past to learn where we were and how the emergence of web advertising and mobile technology changed the landscape. Were there really Penguins, Pandas and Hummingbirds analyzing our websites, and what does it all mean today? Analytics are important to understand trends and make digital decisions for your audience, but once you have the information, what can you do with it? What exactly is an App, and why do they need analytics? Why is social media important for your business, and what does all of this mean for the future?
Come explore these topics during this presentation to learn how your business can develop a digital strategy that works for your audience in today’s changing digital marketplace. We will conclude with a look into the future and a discussion about the Digital Round Trip.
