Description

Suppose your business became the target of false claims by a competitor, lies from a politician hot for an unfair election advantage, or the broadcast fictions of a ratings-starved talking head.  Suppose you were connected in court proceedings to completely unprovable claims, largely based on anonymous witnesses, hearsay, and irrelevant analysis of unrelated events, and expert reports that reached implausible conclusions because they were derived from wholly unreliable sources.  Suppose the lies that instantly and irreparably damaged your reputation and business also put the lives of your employees in danger.  This short course addresses the FOMO question of our time, “How can I sue somebody for a billion dollars, too?”

This course is a must for every practicing thermographer wishing to better understand what should and should not say and what can be done when someone crosses that line.
