Instructor:

Frail is an Infraspection Institute Master Thermographer™ and Staff Instructor for Infraspection Institute.  Mr. Frail has over 30 years experience in performing infrared inspections and was responsible for the oversight of the infrared inspection program for Consolidated Edison of New York until his retirement from the utility in 2012.
